The indicated size corresponds to your wrist circumference.
Print our A4-sized measuring tape at actual size (100% scale, no scaling), cut it out along the contour, then slit the line at the 0 cm mark. Wrap the strip around your wrist where you wear your watch, and slide the pointed end into the slit. The number that appears opposite is your wrist circumference.
Alternatively, a tailor's measuring tape also works: take the measurement without tightening.
