Fill out the form below. If your watch meets the conditions, your 5 year warranty is activated upon submission and you will receive an email confirmation.
All Herbelin watches purchased between July 1 and December 31, 2026, in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, or Austria. In other countries, the standard Herbelin warranty applies: 2 years for quartz watches, 3 years for automatic watches.
If your watch meets the conditions, it benefits from a warranty for a total duration of 5 years from the date of purchase.
During the watch's initial warranty period.
The battery, leather straps, natural wear and tear, and damage resulting from improper use of the watch.
