Neither masculine nor feminine, the Inspiration quartz is a quintessential « no gender » watch. At ease on both a feminine and masculine wrist with its 38 mm diameter, this new version unveiled by the French watchmaking house Michel Herbelin offers versatile styling with elegance.
UNISEX
Inspired by the watchmaking codes of 1947-1950, the polished steel case, with its rounded middle, is finished with a fluted ball crown set with a blue spinel cabochon. Framed by a slim bezel, the curved dial, protected by a domed sapphire crystal, soberly orchestrates the information, foregoing superfluous embellishments.
Around the perimeter, the slender indices, complemented by a clearly arranged minute track, are animated by three fine hands indicating hours, minutes, and seconds. In the center, two sub-dials, positioned in balanced harmony at 3 and 9 o'clock, indicate the day and date via a pointer hand. Completing this precise time reading, the sub-dial at 6 o'clock reveals an opening housing a moon phase indicator. Illuminated on a lacquered midnight blue disc punctuated with stars, it displays, mirroring reality, each stage of the Moon's evolution in the sky.
NEO-VINTAGE
Featuring watchmaking functions easily set with the crown, this timepiece is powered by a Swiss-made quartz movement, a guarantee of quality and reliability. Finished with a supple, saddle-stitched leather strap, it inherits French watchmaking expertise, passed down through generations for 75 years. Made in France, it was designed, conceived, assembled, regulated, and controlled in the workshops of Michel Herbelin, located in the Jura Mountains of Franche-Comté.
