Returns and Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any justification.
In accordance with Article L.221-19 of the Consumer Code, the day the contract is concluded is not counted within the period. The period begins at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the expiration of the last hour of the final day. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, only unused products, properly protected, in perfect condition, fit for resale, accompanied by all their accessories, user manuals, documentation, and the corresponding invoice will be accepted for return. These conditions are cumulative.
2. How to Return Your Order
- Submit a return or exchange request via our contact form, selecting the "Returns and Refunds" section and specifying your order number.
- Our Customer Service will provide you with the postal address to which you should send your product. Opt for a shipping service with tracking or subscribe to shipping insurance: the responsibility for the return lies with the sender until the package is received at our workshops.
- Please ensure the product is new, unworn, tagged, and properly packaged in its original box to protect it during transit.

The product must reach us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) clear days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They are non-refundable.
If your timepiece was purchased from an authorized watchmaker-jeweler partner, we invite you to return it directly to that approved partner.
4. Refund Period and Conditions
Your refund will be processed via the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned product in our workshops.
5. Discount applied for damaged or incomplete returned product
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, your liability may be engaged in case of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, such handling must remain comparable to what you would be permitted to do in a store.
In the event of the return of damaged, impaired, or incomplete products, the following deductions may be applied to the refund amount:
- Damaged standard buckle: 20 € incl. tax
- Deployant clasp or buckle damaged: 50 € incl. tax
- FKM strap fitted and sized in our workshops: 150 € incl. tax
- Leather strap deteriorated: 70 € incl. tax
- Metal bracelet damaged: 140 € incl. tax
- Damaged watch case: 150 € incl. tax
- Missing packaging, box, protective elements, or extra links: 50 € incl. tax
Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled may, depending on the case, be only partially refunded or not refunded at all.
6. Legal Warranties
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from:
- of the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code (reform resulting from ordinance no. 2021-1247 of September 29, 2021);
- of the legal guarantee for hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two (2) years from the delivery of the product. During this period, you only need to establish the existence of the non-conformity, not the date it appeared (presumption of prior defect). It entitles you to the repair or replacement of the product within thirty (30) days of your request, free of charge and without major inconvenience. If the product is repaired under warranty, you benefit from a six (6) month extension of the initial warranty.
If repair and replacement are impossible, you may obtain a full refund of the price upon return of the item, or keep the item and receive a reduction in the purchase price.
The warranty for hidden defects must be invoked by the customer within two (2) years from the discovery of the defect (Article 1648 of the French Civil Code).

7. Contractual warranty
Independently of legal guarantees, our watches benefit from a contractual warranty, the conditions of which are detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (2-year duration for quartz products, 3 years for mechanical products, extension to 5 years for operations excluding Newport Connect, 10 years for FKM straps).
8. Withdrawal Form
You may use the model below (in accordance with Annex I of Article R.221-1 of the French Consumer Code) or any other unambiguous statement:
