You have 14 days* from the date of receipt of your package to return it or exchange it. The item must be new and labeled.

To do so, please contact us by email at the following address contact@herbelin.com in order to organize the return of your package.

Upon receipt of your request, you will receive by mail a Chronopost label in order to return your package free of charge. Then simply print the shipping label, stick it on your package and drop it off at a post office.

Please ensure that the product is properly packaged, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it during transport.

The refund will then be made via the payment method used (Stripe, PayPal or Alma) when the order was placed, within a maximum of fourteen days, starting from the day of receipt of the returned product(s).

Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated or soiled due to the customer will not be refunded or will be partially refunded.

* In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-17 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product.
