DELIVERY
Delivery is offered regardless of the amount of your order.
Only the customs fees are at your charge if you live in a country outside the European Union.
Although we use Chronopost’s 24-hour delivery service to ship our watches, it’s important to note that your package may not arrive in 24 hours. Several factors, such as logistical problems or delays beyond our control, may occasionally cause delays.
For this reason, we recommend that our customers allow around 72 hours for delivery. If you have not received your parcel within this period, this could indicate a problem with the delivery.
In such a case, please use your tracking code to check the status of your delivery on the Chronopost website. If you are still having problems, please contact us directly so that we can help you solve the problem. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying online shopping experience.
The delivery of your package will be done by Chronopost. The deliveryman will ask you to show him an identity document and the delivery will be done against signature.
Our shipments are insured by the transport company Chronopost.
RETURNS
You have 14 days* from the date of receipt of your package to return it or exchange it. The item must be new and labeled.
